Sometimes its hard to tell how good a night is going to be when the aurora forecast is good. The Aurora’s were faint and undefined when i first got out of the car at one of my regular spots. Fortunately I was set up and ready when a storm came through at about 12:45am. The aurora’s streaked and flowed around the sky for about 40 minutes and I was fortunate enough to get some great shots.
